Lasagne
| You will want to add any vegetables of choice to the sauce. Preheat the oven to 350°. There are four things to do at the same time. 1 -- Boil enough water in a large enough pan to cover the pasta, add the salt and pasta and let it cook until tender but not too soft. 2 -- Brown the ground meat, drain, and then mix together C,D,E,F,G, and your vegetables of choice. 3 -- Shred the mozzerella. 4 -- cut up pieces of the ricotta cheese. Layer 1,2,3, and 4 in as many layers as you can to fill up the dish, leaving enough mozzerella to cover the top. Cook in the oven for 50 minutes and then let it sit for 10 minutes. This recipe gives us 5 yummy servings of lasagne. | ||||
